Karolina is an AssocRICS qualified Residential Surveyor, RICS Registered Valuer (RVS) and Associate Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (AssocCABE).
As Director of Yellow Brick Surveyors, she carries out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys, Level 2 Home Surveys with Valuation and Level 3 Building Surveys across Dorset and Hampshire.
Karolina is passionate about helping buyers understand the property they are purchasing, providing clear, practical advice without unnecessary jargon or alarm. Her aim is to give clients a clear understanding of the property and the matters that may need their attention.

Paul is an AssocRICS qualified Residential Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, with extensive experience inspecting and valuing residential property across Dorset and Hampshire.
He carries out RICS Home Surveys, Building Surveys and residential valuations, helping clients understand the condition of the property and make informed decisions when buying, selling or owning a home.
Paul is also a qualified drone operator and uses drone technology where appropriate to obtain closer views of roofs, chimneys and other difficult-to-access external areas.

Max Ilic
Trainee Residential Surveyor | Sava Student
Max is currently studying towards the Sava Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation and is developing practical experience in residential surveying alongside the qualified surveyors at Yellow Brick Surveyors.
He supports the team with property research, inspection activities and report preparation while developing his knowledge and working towards professional qualification.
Max is also a drone operator and assists with drone and pole-camera roof inspections, helping us obtain closer photographic views of roofs, chimneys and other difficult-to-access external areas.
