Karolina is an AssocRICS qualified Residential Surveyor, RICS Registered Valuer (RVS) and Associate Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (AssocCABE).

As Director of Yellow Brick Surveyors, she carries out Level 2 Home Surveys, Level 2 Surveys with Valuation and Level 3 Building Surveys across Dorset and Hampshire.

Karolina is passionate about helping buyers understand exactly what they are purchasing, providing clear, practical advice without unnecessary jargon or alarm. Her aim is to give clients confidence before one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

Paul Pasquale AssocRICS DipRSV

RICS Registered Valuer (RVS)

Residential Building Surveyor & Registered Valuer 

Paul is an AssocRICS qualified Residential Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with extensive experience inspecting and valuing residential property across Dorset and Hampshire.

He specialises in Level 2 Home Surveys, Level 3 Building Surveys and RICS Valuations, helping clients make informed decisions when buying, selling or owning property.

Paul is also a qualified drone operator and undertakes drone-assisted roof inspections, enabling detailed assessment of high-level and difficult-to-access areas whilst reducing the need for specialist access equipment.

Max Ilic

Trainee Residential Surveyor (Sava Student)

Max is currently studying towards the Sava Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation and is developing practical experience across residential inspections, property research and report preparation.

He supports the surveying team with site inspections, technical analysis and report production while progressing towards professional qualification.

Max is also a drone operator and assists with drone surveys and roof inspections, helping to provide clients with detailed visual assessments of roofs, chimneys and other elevated building elements.
