Karolina is an AssocRICS qualified Residential Surveyor, RICS Registered Valuer, and Associate Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (AssocCABE).
As Director of Yellow Brick Surveyors Ltd, she carries out Level 2 HomeBuyer Reports, Level 2 with Valuation, and Level 3 Building Surveys across South East London and surrounding areas.
She holds the ABBE Level 6 Diploma in Residential Building Surveying and Valuation and a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. Karolina has a particular interest in invasive species, including Japanese Knotweed, and their impact on structural integrity and property value.
