Karolina Wiercinska AssocCABE – Residential Surveyor


Karolina is an Associate member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (AssocCABE) and holds an HNC in Built Environment (Quantity Surveying) from Solent University, along with a NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. With extensive experience in property inventory, refurbishment projects, and surveying support, she brings a detailed and methodical approach to every inspection.

 

Karolina is currently in the final stages of the Sava Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation and is working toward AssocRICS accreditation. Her professional focus lies in residential building surveying, valuation, and property condition reporting, with a particular interest in sustainability and the impact of invasive species, such as Japanese Knotweed, on structural integrity and property value.

Paul Pasquale AssocRICS DipRSV VRS – Residential Building Surveyor and Valuer 


Paul is an Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) with strong expertise in property condition, maintenance, and refurbishment. He has a practical background working with residential properties, with a particular passion for Victorian buildings and heritage housing.

 

Paul also specialises in drone surveys, providing clients with safe and comprehensive assessments of roof coverings and hard-to-access areas. His hands-on experience and technical knowledge ensure accurate and reliable advice for homeowners, landlords, and property investors.
