Home Surveys (RICS)

Whether you're buying, selling, or maintaining a home, our RICS-compliant surveys provide a clear and detailed assessment of the property's condition. Available as Level 2 or Level 3 reports, depending on the property's age, complexity, and your needs.

Flat Surveys (RICS)

Our flat surveys are tailored to the unique considerations of leasehold properties. Alongside a full inspection of the flat itself, we review shared areas, building maintenance, access rights, and service arrangements. Delivered in line with RICS standards, our reports help you understand both the physical condition and leasehold responsibilities, so you can make an informed decision with confidence.

Roof Surveys

We provide two types of roof inspections, both carried out by a CAA-accredited drone pilot and qualified AssocRICS surveyor:

• Photographic Roof Survey – A cost-effective option that provides high-resolution 4K photographs and video of your roof, chimneys, flashings, valleys and other key elements. This is ideal if you simply need a clear visual record of the roof’s current condition.

• Roof Condition Survey – A more detailed service that includes high-quality photographs and video alongside a professional written report. Our surveyor will assess the condition of the roof, highlight defects, explain their causes, and provide practical recommendations for repair or maintenance.​

Both services are carried out safely and efficiently using advanced DJI drones and pole cameras, giving you clarity and peace of mind without the cost or risk of scaffolding or working at height.
