From Enquiry to Report — It's Simple
1 - Tell Us About the Property
Send us the property address and a few details. We'll take an initial look at the available property information and recommend the appropriate survey where needed.
2 - We Arrange the Inspection
Once instructed, we'll arrange access with the estate agent or vendor on your behalf and carry out the survey. Where appropriate and conditions allow, this can include closer roof inspection using a drone or pole- camera.
3 - Receive Your Report & Speak to Your Surveyor
We'll provide your written report within our stated turnaround time. We'll also call you with an initial summary after the inspection, and you can speak directly with your surveyor if you have any questions.
